Her campaign, through lawyer Marc Elias at Perkins Coie, also funded the infamous Steele dossier—a collection of unverified gossip alleging Trump-Russia ties—via Fusion GPS. Michael Sussmann, another Perkins Coie lawyer, fed the FBI false claims about Trump’s Alfa Bank ties, lying about his Clinton ties, as Special Counsel John Durham’s 2022 indictment exposed. These weren’t random acts; they were a coordinated effort to paint Trump as a traitor, with Elias and Sussmann as Clinton’s foot soldiers.

CrowdStrike’s Shaky Cover

The Russia narrative needed “proof,” and Clinton’s team got it from CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity firm hired by the DNC to investigate the 2016 DNC and Podesta email hacks. CrowdStrike pinned the blame on Russia’s GRU (Fancy Bear), but the FBI never examined the servers, relying solely on CrowdStrike’s word. Why? The DNC, tied to Clinton, refused access. Worse, CrowdStrike’s president, Shawn Henry, admitted in 2017 there was no “concrete evidence” emails were stolen—just screenshots. Nunes’s Warnings: Sounding the Alarm

Sperry’s reporting adds that CIA analysts warned the dossier’s use risked the ICA’s credibility, yet Obama’s team pressed on, burying the Clinton Plan to sustain the hoax.

Durham’s Shackles: Biden’s DOJ Cover

John Durham’s 2023 report exposed the FBI’s mishandling of the dossier and Clinton Plan, noting no investigation into Clinton’s smear despite Brennan’s briefing. But under Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland, Durham’s hands were tied. Lee Smith notes Durham’s August 2020 interview with Brennan was limited by Garland’s oversight, and the five-year statute of limitations for perjury stalled charges.
